At Home With Herbs

An online introduction to domestic herbal medicine and food (To be launched in 2025)

What this course is all about

Integrating herbs into your diet, lifestyle, garden, and medicine cupboard can improve and maintain the health of your family and your environment.

One of the most essential cornerstones of being healthy is what we eat, and including herbs and foraged foods really makes our food into our medicine, as Hippocrates said.

Knowing the wild herbs around us and growing more is a great way to keep healthy.

We can also use herbs for the health of our homes in natural cleaning products that we can make ourselves.

All of this is excellent fun and feeds our creativity as well, which is critical to our health.

You will learn about around 45 easy-to-access herbs, simple but effective ways to include them in your food, make medicines from them, and grow them.
