We, the Plant Medicine School Limited and the Local School branch, agree to:
Provide dates and schedules for all the virtual workshops, face-to-face immersions, and online meet-ups and notify students of any necessary changes due to restrictions well in advance.
Treat all students from all cultural and social backgrounds with equal respect and with due consideration.
Support students with their particular needs pertaining to their studies.
Supply mentor support for students in their self-directed studies.
Supply the study materials required to complete the course.
Comply with GDPR as regards students' privacy.
Treat all students' information as confidential.
Grant access to the website upon receipt of the initial payment, which gives access to the student account page with the introductory material until the course material goes live at the commencement of the course in October.
Grant phased access to the course material from the course commencement date in the autumn.
Provide lifetime access to all course materials, and, in the event that the school should close, all graduate students will be advised on how to download the materials to their own computers.
I, the Student Agree to:
Inform the school of any particular health conditions, access or support needs, including any new needs that arise during the course.
I confirm that no undisclosed health or other conditions may affect my ability to participate in the course.
Arrive promptly to all classes and workshops (face-to-face or virtual). If I am unavoidably delayed, I will come in quietly, respect that class has commenced, and not interrupt proceedings.
Conduct myself in a respectful manner at all times.
Notify the course coordinator if I cannot attend an online meeting/workshop so that alternative arrangements can be made.
Respect the views of fellow students, tutors, and mentors.
Respect the privacy of fellow students, tutors, mentors and premises. I will not post any photographs on social media or any external forums or online groups without the express permission of all parties, including the school.
Work harmoniously with people of all cultures and backgrounds.
Complete the self-directed study element of the course outlined in the course information with appropriate support from my assigned mentor.
Contact my mentor if I have any questions or need clarification regarding the course material and my studies. I will also maintain communication with them regarding my study progress and any assistance I require.
Not use class time (whether face-to-face or on Zoom), or use discussion forums or student WhatsApp groups to promote my own business, workshops, or products without first gaining permission from the school.
Familiarise myself with all the guidelines provided for online and face-to-face activities, including forum guidelines, immersion guidelines and others
Not to promote any illegal activities in any of these settings. Regardless of students' or staff members' personal views regarding whether plants/mushrooms are legal or illegal for use, the school cannot permit the discussion or promotion of any illegal activity.
I understand that by enrolling in the course, I agree to pay the total course fees according to my selected schedule. Payment is for the entire course, not for ‘individual’ workshops.
